Has anyone ever told you that what you focus on, manifests? That your words, thoughts, and imaginings can either positively or negatively impact the quality of your life, depending on their content? That the only eyes from which you see the world are your own, and only you can change what you see?

There is so much more to the world that surrounds us. There is so much potential within each of us both as individuals and united as a community. And there is so much more to learn…

We can choose to live in a way that releases us from resistance, limitation and resentment. We can choose to focus on the good, to love and fill the world with joy. For, the main chains that bind us are those that we hold onto mentally.

There are so many connections between creating from a metaphysical perspective and an artistic point of view. What we learn when creating music, dance, or art, carries over into the often peculiar concept of creating from the mind. The practice and habits developed are not so dissimilar, and often each side can assist the other.
